horrible service‎
Really bad customer service. Does not appear as of anyone is in charge. I wish I did not have to choose a star.‎

Terrible Service‎
Good luck finding any help here. As a new home owner, I've resorted to going to the Home Depot for many items over the past 18 months. The prices are decent for city store, but there is usually no help to be found. Most employees seem more interested in conversing with their coworkers than helping you and will often try to pass you off on someone else by paging another employee - who invariably does not show up. If you know what you want and can find it yourself, the RI Ave HD is fine, but if you are looking for any kind of service, I recommend Fragers on Capitol Hill - even any of the Lowes in the suburbs are preferable to this HD.‎

these reviews are fishy‎
After reading the other reviews the only reason I went there is to see a really crappy store. And guess what, the service was excellent. To get an experience of really bad service, I asked as many different people working there as many questions as possible, and always received a) the right answer or b) they looked for someone with the right answer. So the other people writing reviews must have really bad luck or another shop in the neighborhood made them up? In any case, people should not take themselves too serious and thumb up for the staff at Home Depot!‎
